ユーエックステクノロジーズ（ブランド名「ux.gold」、以下「当社」）は、ux.goldを運営し、お客様のプライバシー保護に取り組んでいます。 本プライバシーポリシーは、本サービスをご利用いただく際に、当社がどのように情報を収集、使用、開示、保護するかについて説明しています。

UX Technologies (brand "ux.gold") ("we", "us", or "our") operates ux.gold and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

収集する情報 / Information We Collect

2.1 お客様が提供する情報 / Information You Provide

• アカウント情報（メールアドレス、表示名）— Sign in with Apple または連携プラットフォームでのサインインを通じて提供されます
• 連携プラットフォームからのプロフィール情報（Twitch、YouTube、Kick、Discord、Apple）
• 購入情報（有料機能を提供する場合、決済はアプリの配信プラットフォーム提供者が処理し、当社が直接請求することはありません。当社はカード情報を受領・保存しません）
• お問い合わせ内容（サポートリクエスト、フィードバック）

• Account information (email address, display name) — provided through Sign in with Apple or a connected-platform sign-in
• Profile information from connected platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Discord, Apple)
• Purchase information (if paid features are offered, payment is processed by the app's distribution platform provider, not billed by us directly; we do not receive or store card details)
• Communications with us (support requests, feedback)

2.2 自動収集される情報 / Information Collected Automatically

• セッション情報（サインイン時のユーザーエージェント（アプリ／OSの種別）と有効期限）
• IPアドレスは、当社のインフラ提供者（Cloudflare等）が通信処理の過程で一時的に処理することがありますが、当社がアカウントに紐づけて保存することはありません

• Session records (the user agent — app/OS type — and expiry of each sign-in)
• IP addresses may be processed transiently by our infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare) to route traffic, but we do not store them against your account

当社は利用状況の分析・行動トラッキング・閲覧履歴の収集を行いません。アプリの機能利用データや配信メタデータは当社サーバーに送信されません。
We do not collect usage analytics, behavioral tracking, or browsing history. Feature-usage data and streaming metadata never leave your device for our servers.

OAuthとプラットフォームデータ / OAuth and Platform Data

第三者アカウント（Twitch、YouTube、Kick、Discord、Apple）を連携する場合、以下の情報を受け取ります：

• プラットフォーム上のユーザー名およびユーザーID
• プロフィール画像URL
• 接続を維持するためのOAuthトークン（保存時に暗号化。リフレッシュトークンが当社サーバーの外に出ることはなく、アプリは短期のアクセストークンのみを受け取ります）
• サービス提供に必要なチャンネル/配信情報

When you connect third-party accounts (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Discord, Apple), we receive:

• Your username and user ID on that platform
• Profile picture URL
• OAuth tokens to maintain your connection (encrypted at rest; refresh tokens never leave our servers — the app only ever receives short-lived access tokens)
• Channel/stream information as needed for our services

情報の利用目的 / How We Use Your Information

収集した情報は以下の目的で使用します：

• サービスの提供、維持、改善

• 本人確認とアカウント管理
• カスタマーサポートとお問い合わせへの対応
• サービス関連の連絡と更新情報の送信

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process transactions and send related notifications
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account

• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

情報の共有 / Information Sharing

当社はお客様の個人情報を販売しません。以下の場合に情報を共有することがあります：

• インフラ提供者：Cloudflare（エッジ配信・アプリケーション実行）、Neon（データベース）、Doppler（シークレット管理）。有料機能の決済は、購入手続きを行うアプリの配信プラットフォーム提供者が処理します。
• プラットフォームパートナー：サービス機能に必要な範囲でのストリーミングプラットフォーム
• 法的要件：法律で義務付けられている場合、または当社の権利を保護するため
• 事業譲渡：合併、買収、または資産売却に関連する場合

We do not sell your personal information. We may share with:

• Infrastructure providers: Cloudflare (edge delivery and application hosting), Neon (database), Doppler (secrets management). Payments for paid features are processed by the distribution platform provider through which the purchase is made.
• Platform Partners: Streaming platforms as necessary
• Legal Requirements: When required by law
• Business Transfers: In connection with merger, acquisition, or sale

アプリから直接通信されるデータ / Data the App Sends Directly

アプリの一部機能では、データが当社サーバーを経由せず、お客様のデバイスから各サービスへ直接送信されます：

• Twitch / Kick / YouTube：チャット・アラート・配信管理の各機能は各プラットフォームのAPIと直接通信します。Kickのチャット配信はPusher社のインフラを経由します。
• recent-messages.robotty.de：Twitchチャット履歴の取得に、コミュニティ運営のrecent-messagesサービスを利用します。視聴チャンネル名が同サービスに送信され、同サービスは参加チャンネルの直近24時間のチャットを保存しています。
• BELABOX：BELABOX cloudへのログインはBELABOX自身のページ上で行われ、認証情報が当社やアプリのコードに渡ることはありません。
• Apple：Sign in with Apple、および（オプトインした場合のみ）クラウド音声認識 — ライブ翻訳で「クラウド」プロバイダーを選択した場合、マイク音声はAppleの音声認識サービスに送信されます。既定はデバイス上での処理です。

Some app features talk to services directly from your device, without passing through our servers:

• Twitch / Kick / YouTube: chat, alerts, and broadcast management talk to each platform's APIs directly. Kick chat delivery transits Pusher's infrastructure.
• recent-messages.robotty.de: Twitch chat history is fetched from the community-run recent-messages service; the names of channels you watch transit that service, which stores the last 24 hours of chat for participating channels.
• BELABOX: signing in to BELABOX cloud happens on BELABOX's own page — your credentials never pass through us or the app's code.
• Apple: Sign in with Apple, and — only if you opt in — cloud speech recognition: choosing the "Cloud" provider for Live Translation streams microphone audio to Apple's speech service. The default is on-device processing.

データセキュリティ / Data Security

当社はお客様のデータを保護するために業界標準のセキュリティ対策を実施しています：

• 転送中および保存中のデータの暗号化（TLS/SSL）
• 認証トークンの安全な保存
• 定期的なセキュリティ評価と更新
• アクセス制御と認証要件

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
• Secure storage of authentication tokens
• Regular security assessments and updates
• Access controls and authentication requirements

※ただし、送信・保存方法で100%安全なものはありません。データの絶対的なセキュリティは保証できません。
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

データの保持 / Data Retention

アカウントが有効な間、またはサービス提供に必要な期間、お客様の情報を保持します。 法的義務の遵守、紛争解決、正当な事業目的のために、一部の情報を保持する場合があります。

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may retain certain information for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes.

サインインのセッションは最長7日で失効します。ライブ翻訳の音声・テキストが当社サーバーに送信・保存されることはありません（既定のデバイス上処理の場合。オプトインしたクラウド音声認識はAppleが処理します）。アカウントを削除すると、アカウント・連携情報・保存トークンは直ちに削除されます。
Sign-in sessions expire after at most 7 days. Live Translation audio and text are never sent to or stored on our servers (with on-device processing, the default; opted-in cloud speech recognition is processed by Apple). Deleting your account erases the account, its platform links, and stored tokens immediately.

お客様の権利 / Your Rights

お住まいの地域によっては、以下の権利を有する場合があります：

• 個人データへのアクセス
• 不正確なデータの訂正
• データの削除の請求
• ポータブルな形式でのデータのエクスポート
• マーケティング通信のオプトアウト
• 該当する場合の同意の撤回

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt-out of marketing communications
• Withdraw consent where applicable

アプリ内から直接行えること：設定のアカウント欄の「Delete account」でアカウント本体（連携情報・保存トークンを含む）を即時に完全削除できます。プラットフォーム連携の個別解除、Appleバックアップの解除、サインアウトも設定から行えます。

Directly in the app: "Delete account" in Settings permanently erases the account itself — including its platform links and stored tokens — immediately. You can also disconnect individual platforms, remove the Apple backup, and sign out from Settings.

分析とトラッキング / Analytics and Tracking

本サービスはiPhone向けアプリです。当社は認証とセッション管理に必要な情報のみを使用します。 アプリには分析SDK・広告SDK・クラッシュレポートSDKは組み込まれておらず、トラッキングは一切行いません（アプリのプライバシーマニフェストでもトラッキングなしと宣言しています）。 トラッキングを行わないため、iOSのトラッキング許可ダイアログが表示されることもありません。

Our Service is an app for iPhone. We use only the information necessary for authentication and session management. The app contains no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs and does no tracking of any kind (its privacy manifest declares no tracking). Because there is no tracking, the app never shows the iOS tracking-permission prompt.

国際的なデータ転送 / International Transfers

アカウントデータはシンガポール（AWSアジアパシフィック）のデータベースに保存され、Cloudflareのグローバルネットワークを介して配信されます。 お客様のデータは、お住まいの国以外の国で処理される場合がありますが、その際には適切な保護措置を講じています。

Account data is stored in a database in Singapore (AWS Asia-Pacific) and served through Cloudflare's global network. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own; we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place when it is.

年齢制限 / Age Restriction

本サービスは18歳以上のユーザーを対象としています。 18歳未満の方は本サービスをご利用いただけません。

Our Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 are not permitted to use this Service.

ポリシーの変更 / Changes to This Policy

当社は本プライバシーポリシーを随時更新する場合があります。 重要な変更については、本ページに新しいポリシーを掲載し、発効日を更新することでお知らせします。

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy and updating the effective date.
